@descepter – My only two gripes are apples that are too sour or too soft. Lately the pink ladies seem to be more tart than I remember, so I’ve been off those (I also was getting those for almost an entire month straight). I’m not huge on the honeycrisps, but they’re one of the only plentiful and firm apples going right now. I also like Jazz apples, but those are dwindling too.
