Hey I know this is a longshot, but if anybody is having a windows computer networking problem where computers disappear from the network after one of the computers has gone to sleep, do this:
- open device manager
- find your network adapter in the list of devices
- right click on it and click properties
- click the power management tab
- UNcheck the box that says “Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power”.
