I’ve been looking for ways to save stuff from my blog in case tumblr decides to flush everyone and fold. The most effective I’ve found so far is TumblThree
It took maybe 30 mins – 1 hr to download every accessible image/mp3/tumblr hosted video I’ve ever posted on my 8 year old moviesludge blog (28k downloads from about 24k posts). Also, it compiled notepad files containing every quote, conversation, answer, link, and text post I’ve ever made.

I play this game with myself where I say something like, “How many centipedes are there in the world? If you filled my apartment building top to bottom with centipedes, how many centipedes would be left? Like, how many city blocks of my exact building would be required to contain every centipede?”
They do calculations like that for ants but not other things. I imagine there’s a lot of different kinds of centipedes and a lot of population of each kind and some of them are pretty big, so I assume at least 100 Clairebuildings of centipedes. But what would they pay in rent?
