Whoah, I’ve never heard of this
@donnerpartyofone It’s a fairly dry but good Canadian police procedural/slasher movie. The killer has this way of electrocuting people with super heavy voltage directed back through the phone line and it blows people across the room and stuff. This was recommended to me last September by the great @mikesmokelotsa
never answer the phone!
if your chili doesnt have the ability to bite your hands off, it’s not spicy enough

The Super Duck posts are golden and that comic needs to be reprinted in book form.
Thanks! Yeah I’d buy it. I skim through a lot of comics on preservation sites and there are lots of mediocre books, but I’ve managed to find a couple of fun ones since I’ve been looking. My initial impression of Super Duck wasn’t good, but it grew on me.
SD definitely encapsulates a sort of cartoon violence (with all the exclamations and pain stars) that fascinates me. It follows Super Duck, who is a sort of Donald/Daffy hybrid that gets into different crazy dilemmas constantly.
SD lives with his little brother Fauntleroy (sp?) who is often mischievous and gets the two into trouble.
In the early books, SD used to run into trouble and then take a vitamin pill that would make him super strong like Popeye with spinach, but that gag seemed to have died out in the later books.
