Speaking of bugs, there have been a few unsettling BIG ROACH sightings recently after dark in the backyard. Also, there was a moth about the size of a hummingbird flying around the other day. And the raccoon and squirrels and possums are still hanging around. There’s been possum babies popping up now and again. And I saw a tiny praying mantis in one of the bushes when I was watering the plants a couple weeks back. The pepper tree has been completely taken over by those little bushtit birds (or whatever they are). Originally there were only two and the last time I saw them there were at least 9. I think the mockingbirds had a nest too because they were acting crazy.

I had to spray my car for spiders the other day. It was being a mobile home for brown widows and I don’t want to get bit by em. Every couple days theres webs from the street to the tires and stuff. Like what prime real estate is in the undercarriage of my car? There’s no bugs there, assholes. Go live in a hedge

I’ve been trying to get coasters done for the upcoming coaster show (drawing/painting on coasters for a gallery thing). I waited too long and now I’m stressing about the deadline at the end of the month even though I just finished this morning.

I had a couple of gripes with how I did a couple of them. Things looked off about them. They were missing something but just barely, and I had to try to figure out why/how to fix them. I haven’t been getting enough sleep and sleeping really late due to working on these things for hours. But I was just trying to fix them and ended up making both of the problem ones look twice as good as they were. One of the fixes was a spur of the moment idea that only took a couple of minutes and it came out 100x better than I expected. I also sort of accidentally figured out how to paint gross teeth while testing things too.

1. Soursop? They had this and the description sounded tasty

2. They had this too, might try.

3. This is what I was closest to buying. They look like hairy strawberries

They also had lychee and jackfruit and starfruit and some other stuff I can’t remember.
