things that make me feel better:

Getting a haircut, going for a walk, drinking water (ice water with lemon and/or lime is more refreshing), stretching, watching a movie, knocking a nagging thing off my to-do list (big one), taking a shower, taking pictures of stuff, checking out the birds and bugs and flowers around the yard (spotted raccoon tracks today), drawing, vacuuming my room (or general organizing and picking up stuff), washing my face, splashing water on my face and sitting in front of the fan on a hot day, doing a chore for someone else, playing a video game, doing a crossword puzzle, telling people thank you for things they do, complimenting people, giffin’, checking out new music, getting fresh air outside

gonna add more to this as I think of them and refer back later when i feel like a shitpile
