One of the screws in my glasses got worn out so I emailed the place where I got them, asking if they would replace the screw. I provided my new (to them) insurance info. I got an email asking for my insurance info and then another email saying they don’t take my current insurance and an appointment would cost $150 out of pocket even though I didn’t want an eye exam.

Then I called Target Optical and they replaced the screw for free and cleaned my glasses even though I didn’t buy them there. It took about 3 minutes
