Thanks for the question! Here’s a couple that I like:
At first, The Nest seems like it’s gonna be a straightforward carnivorous cockroach movie and then it hits you with roach-cat

and then the final boss, who is whatever this thing is

I also enjoyed Without Warning. It’s about a killer alien. The alien is a pretty basic design, but it throws living toothy blood-sucking frisbees at people

The killer in Street Trash is consumption itself. A shopkeeper unearths a box of these bottles of a mystery alcohol called “viper” that makes its drinkers melt into globs of colorful slime.

Uzumaki is a Japanese horror about a spiral curse, where people go nuts just looking at spirals and swirls

The Brain is shockingly about a giant killer brain!

The Guardian is about a monster tree that wants to steal a couples’ baby

Curse II: The Bite is about a guy that gets bitten by a mutant snake and then his whole arm/hand changes into a snake

Tetsuo: The Iron Man is about this guy that becomes fused with all kinds of junk metal

And The Boneyard has a giant monster poodle

AND a giant monster Phyllis Diller
