I read about it a few years ago and I know it got scrapped twice.

if someone is convinced that there’s money to be made, it will probably happen. stranger things have certainly happened. we’re in remake, reboot, and sequel world, so I think it’s in the realm of possibility. I feel like it would probably be a remake if anything, though
